Papers must be submitted with the understanding that they have not been published elsewhere (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture, review, or thesis) and are not currently under consideration by another journal published by INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH JOURNALS or any other publisher. Paper submissions are accepted only in doc format according to the journal specific format. The paper should not exceed 10 pages.

1. TEXT AND TYPE AREA (Margins)
Type area on a page is standard Letter( 8.5'' x 11''). All text should be fully justified. Margins for this type area: Top 0.7'', Bottom 0.7”'; Left 0.67”, Right 0.6”. Manuscript following abstract an keywords should be prepared in two column format with column width 3.42'' and space between the columns be 0.2''. These margins are a guide only. No text or figures should fall out of this text page area.
2. TITLES FORMAT
Paper Title: CAPITAL LETTERS. 16 point type (Times Roman) Author(s): Capitalize Each Word case, 10 point type (Times Roman) Affiliation(s): Capitalize Each Word case, 10 point type (Times Roman) Head: BOLD CAPITAL LETTERS. 10 point type (Times Roman) Sub Head (if applicable): Lower case, 10 point (Times Roman) Leave 2 line spaces between title and author names/affiliation. Leave 3 line spaces between author/affiliation and start of abstract head Your paper should begin with a brief Abstract and keywords.
Text type should be 10 point Times Roman. Text should be single spaced. First line of all paragraphs should be indented and there should be one line gap between consecutive paragraphs.
4. HEADS / Sub Heads
Levels of subheads should be easily distinguishable from each other with the use of numbers. There should be one line space before each subhead and one line space after each subhead.Examples of Subhead Style: I. FIRST LEVEL HEAD (10 point bold, upper case, numbered ) 1.1. Second Level Subhead (10 point bold, first letter capital case, numbered) 1.1.1. Third level subhead (10 point bold, lower case, flush left) Use FIRST LEVEL SUBHEAD for section headings.
5. FIGURES (Line Art Drawings) AND TABLES
Figures and tables may appear printed directly in the text and should be black and white or grayscale. Figure should appear soon after the citation in the text or if it is too large at the end of the manuscript.
Legends/Captions for figures : Text type should be 9 point Times Roman italic (eg; Figure 1. Caption). A caption should be provided for each figure. The legend should be typed into the manuscript, directly beneath the figure. Legends are to be listed in numerical order, labeled as Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.
Indent tables slightly from the left column margin, if it is necessary to use the full width of the Page. Titles/Captions for Tables : The table caption should be typed to the width of the table itself and typed above the table. Text type of table caption should be 9 point Times Roman italic (e.g., Table 1.Caption). Number the titles of the tables consecutively in the order of their first citation in the text. Both figures and tables must be cited in the text.
6. REFERENCES :
References text type should be 10 point (Times Roman) at the end of each chapter for an edited volume and at the end of all chapters for an authored volume. Reference should be listed in the alphabetic order (cited by numbers) For Ex: Ref Author 1, Author 2, “Title of paper,” Name of Journal/ Conference/ Book, Vol x, No. x, pp. x-x, Year. S. Khan, K-k.
